Trading partner registration

This is where organisations that exchange EDI and RAPS files with One Senior Care register, request an SFTP account, and collect their credentials. Registration is open and takes about a minute.

Create your portal login

There is no password to choose and none to remember. We email you a sign-in link each time, which works once and expires. Registering gives you this login and nothing else -- it does not create an SFTP account, does not grant access to any data, and does not show you any other organisation. You ask for an account as the next step, and a person at One Senior Care approves that.

Direct phone number

A direct line, not a switchboard. Before any account is switched on we call you and read your key fingerprint aloud. That call is the control that stops someone substituting their own key for yours, so the number has to reach you personally.

Is a business associate agreement signed with One Senior Care?

Asked for context only. It is never a condition of registering and never blocks a request. If you are not sure, say so and we will check our own records.

What happens next

You register here. Your login is created immediately and an administrator is notified.
You sign in with an emailed link and ask for an upload account, a download account, or both.
You either paste your own SSH public key or have a keypair generated for you. If we generate it, you download the private half once, from your own page.
We call you to verify the key fingerprint, then a person approves the access request.
Your account page shows your host, port, username and our host key fingerprints.

What you will need

An SSH public key -- RSA or ECDSA. Ed25519 keys do not work with this service: they are accepted and stored, then authentication fails with a bare Permission denied (publickey). If you do not have a key, choose to have one generated.
The public network addresses your SFTP client connects from. Fixed addresses, not private ones such as 10.x or 192.168.x.
Nothing else. There is no form to sign here and no file to send.

Generating a key yourself

On any Mac, Linux or recent Windows machine:

ssh-keygen -t rsa -b 4096 -f oscrcdata_yourorg

Send us only the .pub file, which is one line. Never send the other file to anyone, including us -- this site refuses it on sight.
